Delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8310 in 1966. To Dan-Air London as G-BAFZ in 1972. Leased to Avianca as HK-3201X in 1985 and returned to Dan-Air London as G-BAFZ in 1986 and again as HK-3270X from 1986 to 1987. To Club Air as EI-BUP in 1987 then to Aircrew Leasing as N7046A and leased to SAM Colombia as HK-3458X in 1988. To Omega Air as EL-AKE in 1991 then to Air Charter Service as 9Q-CRA in 1991. To New ACS in 1992. Withdrawn from use at Kinshasa in 1994 and later scrapped.

Returned off lease to SAM Colombia, this 727 was originally delivered to Japan Air Lines in 1966 as JA8310. It later served with Dan-Air as G-BAFZ, Club Air as EI-BUP.

This is former Japan Air Lines JA8310 that was bought by Aereon Aviation Resources (AAR) in 1972. The aircraft is pictured during it's first lease to Dan Air November 1972 - December 1985 (and several months in 1987). Last with Air Charter Service as 9Q- CRA from April 1992, the airliner was withdrawn in 1995 and scrapped at Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

What a pity that Dan-Air only kept this livery for a relatively short time. I think it was rather classy!

Served Japan Airlines as JA6310 01.66 to 11.72. Operated by Dan-Air until sold in 11.85 to Avianca, becoming HK-3201X.

Still wearing Cayman Airways titles after a winter lease, but being operated by Club Air.
