Registered as G-ANPA then CF-HLI in 1954 then N1420Z in 1963. Converted to a Riley Heron in 1968. To Swift Aire as N411SA in 1974 then to North American as N81962 in 1977. Damaged beyond repair in a landing accident at Scottsdale, AZ in 1984

Delivered to the USAAF as 45-1103 in 1945. Registered as NC50046 in 1946. Damaged in an accident in 1947. Repaired using parts from c/n 9222 and registered as N4721V. Registered as PT-APC then PP-YQP in 1955, N9310R in 1959, N11BC in 1972, N3XW in 1979 and XA-NAD in 1984. Fate unknown.

Converted by Riley in 1968. Previously known as Air Miami and operating as an Air Florida Commuter airline for a short while, North American Airlines began operating all flights under its own name on December 1, 1981. Unable to compete with well-established PBA and Air Florida, North American ceased flights in December 1982. This a/c was acquired by Scenic Air Tours (AZ) and, on its ferry flight, was written off on approach to Scottsdale AZ 5 Apr 84.

North American Airlines was formed out of Air Miami/Shawnee Airlines in 1981 and inherited a Riley Heron and a pair of C-47s. This one was previously N11BC and was sold to Mexico as XA-NAD in 1984, last being seen at Tepic, but is no longer thought to be extant
