Official Sud Aviation photo, no date or caption. Caravelle prototype, first flight as F-WHHH 27 May 1955 from Toulouse. Reregistered F-BHHH 23 May 1956, leased by SAS for crew training for one year from March 1958. Final flight 16 April 1966 to Orly, put on display but scrapped in October 1986.

Put on display initially in Air France colours, later repainted as Air Inter and finally as Aérport de Paris alongside Concorde 02 F-WTSA. When the collection had to be moved due to airport expansions the Concorde was relocated to the Musée Delta but the probably historically more important Caravelle was scrapped in October 1986.

This is the second caravelle prototype and made its first flight in April 1956 as F-WHHI. In March 1957 it was re-registered F-BHHI and painted into an Air France colour scheme for promotional purposes. The frame was withdrawn in January 1976 and scrapped in the coming autumn. This nose section is preserved in the museum and has slightly different markings on each side.

Sud Aviation's second prototype Caravelle at Ringway for inspection by airline staff and travel agents. Although wearing Air France titles, it was not operated by the airline.
