Seen at the Nakina Airport base of Nakina Air Services, which was taken over by Wilderness North Air in 2019.

Damaged beyond repair on 28 February 2023, in a tragic accident with the loss of both on board. Reported missing on a flight from Nakina to Fort Hope. The wreckage was discovered four days later in an isolated area 57 km to the northwest of Nakina.

"Kiera" of Cargo North, advertising her 'Capacity to Deliver', makes an evening take off from Nakina, Ontario. Very small print on the rear fuselage, just behind the wing, indicates that she is operated by Private Air Inc. This is Cargo North's parent company, who are based in Thunder Bay. The aircraft was written off in an accident on 3 December 2019 when on a North Star Air cargo flight from Red Lake. It impacted the ground 500 metres short of the runway threshold at Sachigo Lake Airport, in conditions of very low cloud cover, and was damaged beyond repair.
