Actually ex XA-ROA, painted with bogus registration XA-IPN. The new cablecar line 1 passes right over the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. This A320 can clearly be seen from the gondolas. This also explains the reflections. The airplane was originally delivered to China in 1997, and later flew for Interjet in Mexico between 2011 and 2014.
