The real serial is 51-13965. It was damaged in an accident at Eniwetok AFB, Marshall Islands on 27 October 1952. Redesignated as OH-13E on 18 September 1962 and by October 1989 it was found on display in the 45th Infantry Division Museum in Oklahoma City.

Transferred to US Army National Guard - Oklahoma. Registered 1973 as N26848. Cancelled. Last US Army report 15 November 1979. Registered as N2684P; sale reported 1 December 1986, cancelled 23 August 2012.

Delivered on 14 March 1957. To N90880 registered to Galveston County Civil Defense. Returned to US Army and put on display at 45th Infantry Division Museum, Oklahoma City, OK in October 1989.

Originally built as a UH-1D and later converted to a UH-1H. This a/c was damaged in combat over the Laos - Vietnam border in October 1967 while attached to the189th Assault Helicopter Company, which was based at Camp Holloway in Pleiku, South Vietnam.
