With the fishing season is over for lodges in Northern Ontario and as lakes are soon to freeze over, floatplanes are coming out of the water for winter storage. One of Kabeelo Airways' Turbo Beavers is pictured recently arrived in Fort Francis.

This former US Army Beaver, 56-4403, was one of many picked up by B & M Aviation. Purchased in 1973, it was registered C-GDYT when bought by Orillia Air Services in 1976. Remaining in Ontario, the bush plane has been with Kabeelo Airways providing transportation to KaBeeLo Lodge & Resort locations since the summer of 1978.
