The BAC prototype Concorde G-BSST made its first Farnborough appearance in September 1970 and was back two years later wowing the crowds, its Olympus 593s leaving thick trails of smoke. By the time of G-AXDN's appearance in 1974, the smoking had been largely eliminated.

The Armée de l'Air placed an initial order for 30 Epsilons in 1981 to partially replace the existing fleet of Fouga Magisters, with further contracts to bring the total up to 150. Deliveries commenced in 1983, the first training courses based on the new type starting in September 1984. Export orders were received from Togo in 1984 for three armed Epsilons and from Portugal in 1987 for 18 aircraft, to be assembled locally by OGMA. Ex-military examples are now finding favour as a high performance private aircraft in civilian hands in the US. This one is preserved at Cognac - Châteaubernard.

Originally ordered as a VIP version of the SA 330C for the Ethopian AF, but not delivered. Other photos of this Puma at the same show indicate that is was marked with Paris number '145H' on the other side, but left appears to finish '- 28H'. Reworked to SA 330L Puma standard and became F-WRQK, then F-BRQK. Delivered to the Irish Aer Corps in July 1981 as 242. Returned to Aérospatiale in February 1983 and prepared for the French AF CEV with callsign F-ZLAT, now with DGA-EV c/s F-ZAID

The Dauphin was developed during the early 1970s as a 6-10 seat Aloutette III replacement. First flown in June 1972, it was the first helicopter to incorporate a anti-torque fenestron tail rotor encased within the tail unit. The twin-engined SA 365C2 soon followed and accounted for the great majority of over one thousand Dauphins built. Over 200 examples of the SA365M have also been manufactured under licence by Harbin in China as the Z-9
