Sikorsky flew this S-92A to HAI Heli-Expo 2007 in Orlando for display from its factory in Coatesville, PA. It was delivered in June 2007 to CHC Helicopters for use on a contract with Her Majesty's Coastguard in the UK as G-CGMU. In July 2013, it was reassigned to CHC Ireland to fly on contract with the Irish Coast Guard as EI-ICU.

This S-61N Short made a couple appearances at the HAI Heli-Expo trade shows.

London Air Services AB139 departs the Orange Country Convention Center after HAI Heli-Expo 2007. This was the first AW139 delivered to a Canadian customer in June 2006. Its primarily used to shuttle guests to the luxury Sonora Resort heliport (CSR6) located on a private island 121 miles northwest of Vancouver Airport.

This new Eurocopter EC145 (BK117C-2), N373LF, for the West Penn Allegheny Health System's "LifeFlight" air ambulance program in Pittsburgh departs the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida in the later afternoon following the HAI Heli-Expo 2007 helicopter industry trade show.

Miami Children's Hospital's sole helicopter, operated by PHI Air Medical, departs the parking lot behind the East Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida following HAI Heli-Expo 2007. The hospital has a rooftop helipad. In 2015, the hospital was renamed the Nicklaus Children's Hospital after a generous pledge from golf icon Jack Nicklaus and his wife Barbara and their foundation.
