There is a question mark hanging over the c/n for this aircraft. Conflicting evidence suggests that there may have been two DC-3s registered XA-JIH to Aerovias Oaxaquenas within a short period of time. One was c/n 4225 and the other c/n 9904. I cannot find any other information on c/n 4225 other than it was reportedly registered to Oaxaquenas in Sep 79. The c/n 9904 frame was previously with Basler as N138H and records indicate that the US registration was cancelled in Jan 80 as "exported to Mexico".
