Made up from a collection of parts, the basic airframe is ZK-HCQ which was withdrawn from use in New Zealand in 1990. The tail boom has bits from both VH-FFE and VH-FFT and displays both registrations (FFT on the starboard side). ZK-HCQ had started life as a UH-12E4 with a longer four-seat cabin. That cabin was replaced in New Zealand by a standard UH-12E cabin, presumably as a weight-saving measure as it was being used as an agricultural sprayer. Tony Arbon photo.
