Temporarily out of service, "Arctic Distributor" is one well traveled C-54 that started out with the US Army Air Force as 42-107439. Airline life began in 1946 with American Airlines (Flagship America) registered N90414. In 1949, it was off to Australia with Qantas as VH-EBN where it flew with various airlines and registrations until 1980. Then to Canada, the aircraft was sold to Calm Air, Soundair and lastly, Buffalo Airways. Withdrawn at Hay River, NWT at the time of uploading.
