Correct serial is 49-389. 1950: TOS USAF as a B-50D; assigned to the 2nd Bombardment Wing (Medium), Hunter AFB, GA, until at least 1953. 1958: Converted to KB-50J refueling tanker; assigned to the 4505th Aerial Refueling Wing, Langley AFB, VA. Ca.1961: 431st Air Refueling Squadron, Biggs AFB, TX. 15 Feb 1965: Ferried to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, for display at the Air Force Museum. By 1986: Marked as 48-114. 1996: Shipped to MacDill AFB, FL, for display there. Early 2018: Shipped to the Dover AFB, NJ, Air Mobility Museum.
