Originally US Navy 144674 1958- 66, this Otter was among six that operated in the Antarctic for Operation Deep Freeze. It was transferred to the Army National Guard with hybrid serial 0-4674 before service with the Civil Air Patrol as N5348G in 1977. Bought by Sioux Narrows Airways in 1978, it became C-GGSL. Converted with the Polish PZL-1000 engine in 1990, it was acquired by Pipestone Air in 2005 supporting Pipestone Fly-In Outposts. This striking Walleye mural scheme was airbrushed over the winter of 2018 / 19. This photo is copyright © Gary Vincent, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
