First flight 1969 at Long Beach, and delivered new to SAS 22.february 1969 as the 3rd DC-8-63 named "Frode Viking". Leased to Icelandair for 7 months from April 1981. 2.December 1981 transferred to Scanair and renamed "Mette Viking". September 1983 OY-KTF was repainted to the new Scanair colours as seen on this photo. Wfu 29.December 1988 and sold as N792AL and converted to freighter. July 1989 HK-3490X TAMPA Cargo, February 1991 N814AX ABX, and Air, July 2009 9G-AXE Maridian Airways until stored at Oostende July 2010, and broken up 2013.
