Built 1943 for USAAF and delivd as 43-30732. September 12th 1946 LN-IAF for Det Norske Luftfartsselskap -DNL, named "Nordfugl". From 1948 LN-IAF was operated by SAS, repainted in their colours and renamed "Fridtjof Viking". To Linjeflyg as SE-CFP 13 August 1957. Later 79006 in the Swedish Air Force. Restored as SE-CFP for Flygande Veteraner in 1984 and repainted to SAS colours. The DC-3 was repainted in a mix of the 1948 livery with the font used on "Scandinavian Airlines System" that was not introduced in 1957, the same year she left SAS.
