Built in 1966 for Pan Am as N415PA. Sold to Lineas Aereas Paraguayas as ZP-CCF in 1978 then to the Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya as FAP-01 in 1994. Re-serialled as 4001 by October 2003, the aircraft made its last flight in March 2005 and was officially withdrawn from use at (SGAS / ASU) in December 2007. In the meantime, somebody decided to sell its engines in a corruption scandal. Dismantled in July 2017 and transported for display as a tourist attraction at Loma Grande, 40km to the north east of Asuncion.
