Manufactured as a Convair 340 January 30, 1953 and delivered to Continental Airlines the following month as N90854. Sold to North Central Airlines in 1958 and converted to 440 standard. Upgraded to a 580 when North Central converted their piston Convairs starting in 1966. Later operated by Key Airlines and re-registered N26KA before coming to Canada in 1988 with Quebecair. Photographed in Montreal after the merger with Nordair Metro to become Inter-Canadian Airlines. This photo is copyright © Gary Vincent, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
