This Convairliner, originally a CV340 with Continental Airlines in 1953, was with Quebecair / Inter - Canadien / Intair / Inter - Candien airlines from 1986 - 1992; very tumultuous years in the Canadian airline industry. The aircraft was sold to JBQ Aviation in 1992 and stored at Roswell, NM.

Manufactured as a Convair 340 January 30, 1953 and delivered to Continental Airlines the following month as N90854. Sold to North Central Airlines in 1958 and converted to 440 standard. Upgraded to a 580 when North Central converted their piston Convairs starting in 1966. Later operated by Key Airlines and re-registered N26KA before coming to Canada in 1988 with Quebecair. Photographed in Montreal after the merger with Nordair Metro to become Inter-Canadian Airlines.
