Delivered to Shell Canada Ltd on April 14, 1958 as CF-KLC, this Otter flew with Trans-Provincial Airlines from 1970 through 1993. The aircraft moved to the Province of Quebec in 1995 and had a Vazar turbine conversion in 2003. Damaged in 2006 when another landing Otter ran into C-FKLC, tearing off the right wing.
