NZ4112 was sold to Australian Aircraft Sales in 1966. AAS removed the Pratt and Whitney R-1830 engines and the hulk was abandoned. NZ4112 became a clubhouse for the Hobsonville Yacht Club until 1973 when the club was ordered to remove it. The cockpit and nose turret section was roughly removed and the rest scrapped.
