This Canberra made its first flight on 10 January 1957. In 1967, it operated for a few months from Phan Rang AB as part of the 35th TFW during the Vietnam war. It was wfu in the RAAF in 1982 and flew to New Zealand on 22 August 1984, partly escorted by RNZAF Skyhawks. Since then it is on display, in beautiful condition and displayed in the museum as if operational during a night mission.
