Since January 2018, the DoS Air Wing is officially named Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs' Office of Aviation, or INL/A. The INL/A has over 200 aircraft and helicopters on strength, making it one of the largest non-military aviation arms in a US federal government agency.

The Department's aircraft can be used for many types of missions, which vary by location. The ramp behind the Condor is filled with a civil fleet of Mi-8 variants and a Ka-27 that serve among other things, humanitarian relieve missions, while leaving the runway is a civil Beech 1900D. Entering the runway are two Blackwater Aviation Casa 212s, while in the far distance several USAF and RAF C-130s can be seen.

The Canadian Forces enhanced their transport capability in Afghanistan with the lease of six US Army CH-47Ds that were already in theatre. The US Army helicopters were repainted into Canadian colours, like this 147203 (former 87-00086) at the time of this pictures, this Chinook supported Operation SAIPH that ran from October 2009 - May 2012. This Chinook flew up to October 2011 for the CF and was eventually scrapped, its serviceable components were removed for use in newly purchased F models.
