Västerås was once the Swedish Air Force base F1 Hässlö and home to F1 Västmanlands flygflottilj in whose colours this Draken is displayed. Mounted on a plinth inside the former base, the elegant lines of the Draken are evident.

Operated by 430 Squadron, this Twin Huey is preparing to depart. It was ex USArmy 70-15693 before it went to Canada and it was later sold to Colombia as EJC-201/CN-13.

The latter was deployed to support Operation Inherent Resolve, the fight against terrorism in Iraq and Syria. Camp Buehring in Kuwait is used for maintenance of the helicopters as well as rest and R&R for the crew. Company C (Air Ambulance) of the 111th is normally based at Army Aviation Support Facility #1, Cecil Airport as part of the Florida Army National Guard.

815th Troop Carrier Squadron was the Flying Jennies, a name that has carried through to its present designation as the 815th Airlift Squadron. 53-3144 was sold as N8512N. It led an exciting career as a grasshopper sprayer and then used for smuggling TV sets into Mexico. A minor accident brought that to an end. It was purchased in 1987 to become a commandos memorial at Hurlburt, Florida. It was mistaken for a drug smuggler on its flight to Hurlburt and pursued by law enforcement. Now displayed as an AC-119G.
