This triple seven was parked at Orly and gave logistical support to the Indian contingent during the French national day parade on 14 July 2023. The aircraft belongs to the Air Headquarters, Air HQ Communications Squadron (AHQCS) based at Indira Gandhi International Airport of Dehli.

Four Indian Air Force Rafales were deployed to BA105 Evreux to support the Indian contingent that participated in the French National day parade (also named Bastille day) over the Champs-Élysées, Paris on 14 July 2023. The Indians were invited because in 2023, France and India celebarted 25 years of strategic partnership. Three Rafales made part of the massive formation flight that consisted over seventy aircraft. Although unmarked, this dual seat Rafale belonged to 101sq "Falcons"based at Jalpaguiri/Hashimara AFS (India). RB006 was built in 2020 and delivered to the IAF most probably in 2021.

On display at IAF Museum Palam with the cowling fairings painted red. This would disappear on subsequent paint jobs. One of the most important aircraft in the IAF and RIAF inventory that equipped eight squadrons from 1942 to 1945, the Hurricane played a major part in the Arakan Campaign.

The Indian contract was cancelled due to a financial dispute, and this aircraft was reported to have been delivered to the Indonesian AF on 19 January 2017 as H-1001. However that deal also seems to have turned bad, the helicopter reportedly being impounded by the police prior to delivery. Current status is uncertain. At least four out of the five participating Mirages had been updated to 2000(T)I standard shortly before the exercise, and this was one of them.

The Indian Mirages rarely flew more than one mission a day during the exercise, and on this day it was a gloomy afternoon departure with callsign 'Mercury'. KF118 is normally operated by 7 Sqn and that was indeed the participating unit as far as known.

Having been upgraded to Mirage 2000TI standard, this is an all-weather multirole combat aircraft.
