Just two weeks later, on 23 August 2012, seriously damaged when the nose wheel gear collapsed after sinking into soft ground just on the point of takeoff from rough terrain during training near Horn Lake, southwest of Inuvik, NT. Fortunately, there were no injuries to the 6 occupants. Repaired and returned to service.

Taxiing in to Saskatchewan's main Fire Attack Base at Barber Field, La Ronge. First flew in 1968. As N2621S, substantially damaged in an inadvertent wheels-up landing at Williams Airport, Porter, Texas on 6 March 1995. Exported to Canada as C-GETG in 1999. Joined Meadow Air of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan in 2003. In 2024 became N254WT

Moored at its Otter Lake base but soon to depart upcountry with a fishing party. While DHC-6 Twin Otter C-GPVQ can be seen in the background, tied up at the next dock. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1958 as 57-6140. Transferred to the South Vietnam Air Force. Imported to Canada in 1977 as C-GUWL and served for a number of years mainly in Quebec. Joined Osprey Wings in 2005.
