Built for the Soviet Air Force as CCCP-11665 in 1966. To Omsk Ministry of Aircraft Production in 1990. Reregistered as RA-11665 by 1993. To Antey in 1995 and stored at Taganrog-Tsentralny by 2011. Probably one of a number of An-12s visible there on the satellite image in 2021.
