No less than six C-47s can be found at the helicopter base of the Paraguayan air force, most of them as instructional fuselages. Serial 2028 is in an impressive row of aircraft preserved at the main gate of Ñu Guazú.

This SAR Hoplite was delivered in December 1971. It was last noted active at Darlowo in May 2005 and, after retirement, was used as a ground instructional airframe by the technical school (Technikum Lotniczy) at Powodowo.

This special Polish schemed Fitter-K is now the gate guard outside Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze (WZL) Nr 2 S.A. (Military Aviation Plant No. 2 SA) on the north-west side of Szwederowo.
