Interesting configuration of this Mexican navy CASA 212, which was delivered as a C212-200 and reserialled, when upgraded to C212-400 with winglets, but kept the short nose of the C212-200, when the Mexican navy introduced a new serial system around 2003. It was retired by late 2015.
