Previously N291EX, N16DA and N25DA before coming to Canada in May 1990, Resource Air operated this Islander from July 1990 - Jun 1994. The aircraft went to Air Marshall Islands as V7-0009 in 2000, then in 2003, to Unity Airlines registered YJ-009 in Vanuatu. On July 28, 2018 an ATR-42 making an emergency landing at Port Vila-Bauerfield Airport lost control and departed the runway colliding with the Islander which was parked. The aircraft was destroyed and the crew and passengers of the ART-42 evacuated their aircraft without injuries.

Shown one day after it was registered to Ilford-Riverton Airways, ex- N18259. Soon after, it moved on to Ontario Central Airlines and went back south in 1979 as N75WS. Seems to have been used for parts by the mid- 1980s and cancelled as expired on 19 October 2012.
