Originally delivered to Cascade Airways in December 1981, First Air acquired this HS-748 in 1988 after Cascade's bankruptcy and liquidation. Pictured leased to Thunderbird Tours in Vancouver, it was mainly flown to fishing lodges on British Columbia's south coast. The airliner was returned to First Air after Thunderbird's operating license was suspended . After further service in Canada's north, First Air flew the aircraft to Carp, Ont in 2002, stored as a source of spares for their last HS-748. It was broken up after 2006.

Registered as G-BIRF prior to delivery to Cascade Airways as N117CA in 1981. To Bradley Air Services as C-GBFA in 1988 then to First Air in 1998. Withdrawn from use at Carp, ON in 2002 and later scrapped.

Delivered to Cascade Airways December 1981. Bradley Air Services/First Air picked the aircraft up in 1988 and flew it until 2002 when it was stored at Carp airport near Ottawa.
