Delivered new to Hood Airlines as N10HA in 1969 then imported into Canada in 1980. Exported as V2-SLU in 2008 and as HH-APA it was wrecked on 20 September 2011 when it crashed into a sugar cane field near Milot, Haiti.

This 1969 Beech 99 was with Hood Airlines and Rio Airways (N10HA / N18RA), before coming to Canada in 1980 for Torontair. It was sold to Austin Airways in June 1986 and merged into Air Ontario in August 1987. Bought by Bearskin Airlines in January 1989, the aircraft would go to Carib Aviation in March 2008 as V2-SLU. The aircraft was last with Salsa d'Haiti as HH-APA when it crashed in heavy rain on a flight from Port-au-Prince to Cap Haitien on September 20, 2011.
