A Grumman OA-9 with the US Air Force as 38-579 until sold in 1944. Sooke Forest Products operated this Goose 1974 to 1986 when they closed their lumber mill. Acquired by Coulson Logging / Coulson Helicopter in 1987, it was sold to Oakley Air in 1988. The aircraft crashed on approach to Squamish Airport, British Columbia in poor visibility on May 6, 1991.
