A series -100 Boeing 747 is getting ready for a flight across the Atlantic to Canada.

Leased from Guiness Peat Aviation (Ex EI-BRR) 28th Oct 1986-6th June 1990, then to FedEx as N621FE

Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TOB in 1971. To C-FTOB by 1979. To Iberia as EC-DXE then to GPA as EI-BRR in 1985. Leased to MEA then to Wardair as C-FTOB in 1986. Merged into Canadian then to Federal Express as N621FE in 1990. To Nationair as C-FTOB in 1992 then to Air Atlanta Icelandic as TF-ABR and leased to Saudia in 1993. To N874UM in 1994 then back to Air Atlanta Icelandic as TF-ABR in 1995 and leased to various operators. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 1999 and scrapped around 2003.

Air Canada's second 747 was their longest surviving 747-100. Delivered March 18, 1971, it finished it's Air Canada service in May 1985 when sold to the GPA Group. Leased to Iberia (EC-DXE) that same month, it would also be leased to Middle East Airlines (EI-BRR) until bought by Wardair (C-FTOB again) in October 1986.Sold to ATASCO in 1990, the aircraft had several more leases until stored at Marana, AZ in 1999. It was finally broken up there in 2003

This former Air Canada 747 returned to the Canadian register to fly for Wardair between 1986 and 1990, and used its old AC fleet number '302'.
