Later operated by Portsmouth Southsea & IoW Aviation Ltd. Earmarked for sale to Republicans in Spanish Civil War but sale blocked. Later owned or operated by Union Founders Trust Ltd, Portsmouth; North Eastern Airways Ltd, Croydon/Doncaster and finally Air Taxis Ltd, Croydon. Impressed as X9394, 29 Mar 1940 but believed stored at Northolt where it was damaged by enemy action and SOC April 1942.
