Contracted as 42-108859, this C-47 was delivered to the RAF as KG403 in February 1944. To the RCAF in 1946, it was re-serials 12920 in 1970 before sold on the civil market. Registered CF-BKP when overhauled by Maritime Aircraft Overhaul in December 1971, it was sold to Aero Dyne (N107AD) in May 1972. Salair bought it in 1983 but moved it on to Business Air in December 1986. Next re-registered N700CA to Champlain Enterprises / Champlain Air from 1995, the aircraft was sold to Basler Turbo Conversions in 2013 and stored at Oshkosh, WI.
