The full name of the operator of this Electra was the Emerald Shillelagh Chowder and Marching Society, which trades nowadays as the Shillelagh Travel Club in Fairfax, Virginia. One the Electra was retired in the mid-1980s, the club ceased operating its own aircraft and relied on scheduled flights instead.

The second aircraft for Shillelaghs Travel Club, this Electra replaced their DC-7 (N5050S) in 1972. After de-regulation in the USA, Shillelaghs turned to commercial airlines to provide their member's transportation. N125US was sold to JBQ Aviation in 1986 and converted to a freighter. The aircraft was broken up at Miami, FL in December 1989.

Northwest and American Flyers operated this 1959 Electra before it was acquired by Shillelaghs in 1.72. Looking great on a rare visit to the UK, in 1986 she was converted to a freighter and flown by TPI International until wfu and broken up at MIA 12.89. Shillelaghs Travel Club still exists and claims to have been the first such organisation with its own aircraft

Delivered new to Northwest in October 1959, serving until November 1966. Flown by Shillelaghs from January 1972 until March 1986.
