Some inconsistencies with this 180A. In 1963, when registered VH-DEC, it was no longer in its factory finish. It had been painted in the operator's colours. DEC was WFU in 1971 then restored as VH-DEQ in 1981. It went to PNG in 1985 and as seen here, wears a worn factory livery appropriate to a Cessna 180A. Different fuselage? P2-DEQ suffered an accident in 1990 and was sold in the UK as G-BTSM in 1991. Lloyd Caughey photo
