VH-UTW is seen after after its repairs following an accident on an oil rig in Bass Strait on March 22, 1968. The accident received huge publicity. The tail rotor failed on landing and the main rotor tore into visiting journalists waiting on the helipad. Three people died and others lost limbs. -UTW was sold in Indonesia as PK-OBA in June 1975
