This aggressor Huey is normally operating in the Fort Irwin ranges, simulating the Russian Hind, hence the colourscheme and the external modifications. Unit is the National Training Center of the U.S. Army based at Barstow,Ca..

A few of the aircraft preserved at the ETA: Escuela Técnica de Aeronáutica or Aeronautics Technical School, part of the Uruguayan Air Force. This school trains mechanics and airmen.

This Huey is operated by the National Training Center at Barstow-Daggett in the aggressor role. Its colourscheme is very similar to a Russian Hind.

Assigned to Yuma Proving Ground, this colorful army aviation - without side door - overshoots the runway at homebase Laguna AAF.

Once delivered to the US Army as UH-1H but converted to JUH-1H in support of the White Sands Missile Range. The Huey was temporary stored at Holloman from late 1999 to early 2005 as there was no need for the helicopter at that time. From 2005 it was reported as flying again over the Missile Range. In April 2011, the Huey was redeisgnated to UH-1H and assigned to the Aviation Flight Test Directorate at Redstone AAF (AL). Late 2011 is was seen again at the Range Operations Directorate, White Sands Missile Range. It's current whereabouts is unknown, but the Huey is not ops anymore.

This Huey was once delivered to the US Army as a boring green UH-1H but once converted to JUH-1H (mid-ninetees) it received a beautiful white/orange color scheme with White Sands Missile Range titels. The helicopter was Class E damaged on 21 August 2003 at Holloman AFB (NM) during a post maintenance test flight, but restored to flying condition. By December 2014, the helicopter was flown to the Medical Simulation Training Center at Fort Bliss (TX) and is since then in use as an instructional airframe.
