This J.31 was leased originally by Aliblu and Air Kilroe from British Aerospace as G-IBLX before being re-registered to G-GLAM and joining Manx in March 1991. The plane went on to fly with Eurodirect (as G-OEDG) and British Regional (as G-GLAM) before joining Origin Pacific Airways as ZK-JSA in May 1997. The plane was last noted derelict at Nelson (NZNS) in May 2011.

The red cross in the tail gives away the purpose this Jetstream had. It flew from 1994 until 1999 as an Air Ambulance for Native American Air Ambulance, an organisation that specialises in transporting patients from remote areas within North America to the nearest medical facilities.

At an advanced stage of construction on Scottish Aviation's production line, still identified by its pre-service registration G-31-647. Delivered to the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm at Yeovilton in late 1986 as ZE438, a Jetstream T3.
