Delivered new to TWA as N825TW 21st Jan 1961 and registered to American Jet Industries as N814AJ 12th June 1978 for intended freighter conversion but this never happened. It was repainted in this Pan West livery with fake registration N375 for a TV series "Amazing Stories" in March 1988 but remained officially N814AJ. It was finally scrapped in Dec 1999
