Originally built in 1958 as N6597C for Northeast Airlines it was re-possessed by Vickers in 1963 due to non-payment of lease fees, and was sold at auction to what was to be the first of a number of corporate owners, initially as N3939V and later as N8989V, until being acquired by Ron Clarke Enterprises in 1974. It served with Clarke's company, or one of its Go Group associates, until late 1989 when it was withdrawn from use at Tucson. During its time with the Go Group it was used by such musical luminaries as Bad Company, The Who, Tom Jones, Rod Stewart and David Bowie.

Originally delivered to Northeast Airlines, but at this time it was registered to Super-Valu Stores. Subsequently it flew with Viscount Air Services and Go Transportation before ending its days with Air Kasai as 9Q-CUW. Watching the air-stair do its thing is Mr. Ed Pull who was the foreman in charge of the Air Canada Viscount fleet maintenance which took place at Winnipeg.

Ex N6597C of Northeast, N3939V and N8989V. To XA-RJL in 1991 and 9Q-CUW in 1997. Scrapped at Kinshasa around 2008.
