Retired to MASDC in 1969 then declared surplus in 1971 and sold for scrap in 1974.

The badge on the tail is the 48 TFW Statue of Liberty version. The wing had recently relocated from Chaumont-Semoutiers to RAF Lakenheath after France left NATO. The aircraft was retired to MASDC in 1979 converted to QF-100F drone, lasting until 1990.

Was not delivered as painted but went to the RAF as XT610 in 1965 then was registered as G-BCWF from 1975 to 1993 after which it reverted to G-APRS with Air Atlantique. Withdrawn from use in 2017 then transported by road on 9 July 2018 to Mains Farm, Stirling, Scotland for use as a camper. The CAA called it a Series 1 here which looks right, but later they quote Series 3, so it must have had an engine upgrade at some point.

Served with 30 TRS 1960 to 1961 then converted to EB-66E in 1969. To MASDC in 1974, declared surplus and scrapped in 1976.

Entered service in 1958. While undergoing maintenance at RAF Safi, Malta, rats caused so much damage to the wiring and control cables that the aircraft was declared a write-off on 1 September 1971 and scrapped on site.

Entered service in 1956 with 49 Sqn and in 1958 took part in Operation Grapple which saw it drop nuclear bombs called Orange Herald and Flagpole at the Christmas Island test range. Struck off charge in 1965 and scrapped.

Acquired by Hawkins and Powers at Greybull/WY in 1991 when it was already registered as N37636. Circa 2008 it was passed on to The Museum of Flight and Aerial Firefighting, also at Greybull.

At this time it was with the 525th FIS at Bitburg, (EDBR) and was later passed on to the Wisconsin ANG at Madison/WI.

Converted to VC-118A. Civilian registered from 1976 to 1988 then to Mexican Air Force as ETO10024 in 1991. Last known (2023) with Commemorative Air Force as N48AW, but stored at Mesa/AZ as XA-TDR in Mexican AF colors.

Assigned to the 420th Air Refueling Squadron at Sculthope (EGUP). Retired to MASDC in 1964. (When I was sixteen I went on a school bus tour to Belgium and Germany. One of the high points for me was seeing one of these low on short final to Rhein-Main Air Base. Talk about aluminum overcast!)

After retirement it was used as ground trainer at Quonset Point Air National Guard Base. In 2008 the fuselage was airlifted on a C-5 to Stratton ANGB, also to be used as a ground trainer.

Retired to MASDC in 1966.
