The location of this photo is given as Dardoni. Coordinates for this former British Army facility places it about 2km north of the Miranshah Fort. Built in the USA as a homebuilt project, this aircraft first flew as N264 in 1992 and imported into New Zealand by Peter Jackson as ZK-JNU in May 2002. It was subsequently repainted to represent the aircraft of Captain C Jones of 16 Squadron of the RFC in 1918, with the serial number B1112/F. It was sold to Australia in May 2015 where it now flies as VH-IIZ. (With thanks to nzcivair.blogspot.com for the above).

On display at the Planes of Fame Air Museum. This is one of the F.2B replicas built for the 1983 film "High Road to China." None were used in the film. In WW1, the F.2A was effective by offensively using the Constantinesco synchronised forward-firing Vickers gun, with the observer acting defensively. It could outdive most German aircraft, would loop well and absorb damage. Different engines were fitted, but most F.2Bs used the 275 h.p. Falcon III. Production ended in Dec. 1926 with 4,469 Bristol Fighters built. The RAF operated these till 1932.

Replica built by TVAL in New Zealand in 2014 and initially registered ZK-VTV, joining Amicale Jean Baptiste Salis in 2016. Featuring a black cat on the fin, it is painted in the markings of RFC 39 (Home Defence) Sqdn and features a black cat on the fin.

On a rare outing from Old Warden to participate in the flying display at the Cranfield Pageant.

This flying replica was built in the 1980s, for use in the film 'High Road to China'. Originally, it was planned to build six, but in the end only two static versions and two airworthy aircraft were completed. This is the second flight model built - the first is on display at Valle, AZ.

First, a non-flying static display replica painted as 'G-AUDK', built in 1980-81 and donated in 1986 to the RAAF Association Aviation Heritage Museum, at Bull Creek, Perth, WA. In 1984-1985, an Australian company had two airworthy Bristol Tourer replicas built in Brisbane, QLD by Air Charter Pty Ltd for a mini-series 'A Thousand Skies', about Sir Charles Kingsford Smith. VH-UDC (c/n QA-32-1, painted as G-AUDK) displayed at Geraldton and VH-UDR (c/n QA-32-2, painted as G-AUDJ) now displayed at Oakey as a Bristol F.2b, C-4623.
