Originally built for USAF with s/n 61-0639. Retired on 3 September 1985, and transferred to Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI. on 1 August 1989 with FAA registration N21092. The school closed in 2013, the FAA reg. was cancelled on 12 July 2013, and the a/c was sold off in May 2014. It was scrapped, but the cockpit nose section survived and was seen for sale on the internet.
