One of quite a few operational/stored An-2 of the Lithuanian Air Force that day. On top of the wing '68' can be seen, which is part of the ex civil registration CCCP-68159. It went onto the Luthuanian civil register as LY-ADF before it became 18 Yellow. The green paint was obviously not the best!
