slide taken by Adrian Stanislovaitis. - The service life with Britt Airways is over, the airline colours are going to disappear soon, and this Fairchild from 1966 is being prepared for its next and final operator Aerocaribe. It was delivered as XA-RSV, but it should fly for a few months only. In March 1992, the FH-227 was dbr whilst landing at Acapulco and was wfu afterwards.

Delivered to Northeast Airlines as N378NE in 1966 who merged into Delta Air Lines in 1972. To Air New England in 1974 then to Britt Airways in 1981 and Aeromonterrey as XA-RXR in 1991 who merged into Inter Mexicana in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Merida, Mexico in 1993 and later scrapped.

Delivered to Marshfield Airways as N8899N in 1968. To Rapid Air in 1977 then to Britt Airways as N312BA in 1979. Reregistered as N311BA in 1981. To Beech in 1988 and scrapped at Selma, AL.

Delivered to Shawnee Airlines as N856SA in 1969. To Britt Airways as N317VA in 1973 then to Beech in 1988 and scrapped at Selma, AL.

Scrapped 2004 at Walnut Ridge, AR, where after the war the Reconstruction Finance Corporation gathered in excess of ten thousand war surplus aircraft, many being recycled in two purpose built smelters.

Oxley Airlines VH-OXB 1993, Mindanao Express 1997, reregistered RP-C2380 1998. Returned to Raytheon 1999 as N238AL, Alpine Air Express 2000. Having been operated by Bar Harbor Airlines as Eastern Express the aircraft was painted in these hybrid colours after Eastern's demise, transferred to Britt Airways in 1990 it came under the roof of Continental Express.

Delivered new to Britt Airways in 09.79

Built in 04.78 initially as N102UR. Operated by Britt Airways from 01.86 until merged into Continental Express in 09.90. Later to VH-IAR.

Early production Beech 99. Served Britt Airways from May 1971 until retired in February 1988.
