This aircraft is ex VH-BCM, a postwar civil aircraft that was withdrawn from use in 1957. In 1964, after Proctor 5s were grounded due to concerns about glues used in construction, it was donated to the Camden Museum of Aviation. It restored the aircraft as NP336, which was part of the Governor-General's Flight from 1945 to 1947. The real NP336 became VH-BNB. Peter Ricketts photo

First flew May 3, 1961. Progress was slow as Victa concentrated on Airtourer production and in 1964 work on the R-101 ceased without achieving type approval. Handed to the Camden Museum of Aviation at Camden airport and now stored at an off-airport facility. Eric Allen photo
