The ill-fated Super Pinto, only few prototypes were built before the project was cancelled. The TT-610 is a development of the TT-1 Pinto, a small number of these were used for training with the US Navy. The TT-610 Siuper Pinto featured some improvements and was planned for used with the Philippine Air Force. The P-51 displayed for many years outside at the Philippine AF Museum with the name "Shark of Zambales" was incorrectly serialled '3733'; this is the same aircraft after restoration, and now falsely marked as '4823'. It was originally delivered to the USAAF as 44-74627, then transferred to the Philippine AF as 73373.
